FAQs

Which terms of service applies to me?
The applicable terms of service depends on the date that you purchased your service. If you upgraded or downgraded your service after your purchase, you accepted the most recent terms of service at that time and therefore the date of that upgrade or downgrade is the date to use. If you canceled your service and then later reactivated it, the reactivation date is the date to use.

What if I have more than one service?
Each separate service has its own applicable terms of service. If you purchased two of the same service, the applicable terms of service will depend on the date of purchase or the date of upgrade for each.

How do I found out the right date for my service?
There are several ways to find out.

  • If you still have the order confirmation emails that we sent you, you can refer to those. When you upgrade or downgrade, we also send you a new order confirmation.
  • You can go to Manage My Services, and click "Billing Information" for the product you wish to use. Then go to your billing history to see when you were first charged or when the charge was changed to another product, if you upgraded or downgraded.
  • You can check your credit card statements to see when you were first charged.

If you can't find the date your service began, please contact Customer Care.

What's the difference between the terms of service?
The main difference is that we combined previously separate terms of service for each product to make it easier for customers, regardless of whether you upgrade or downgrade. Additionally, we made small changes to ensure more explicit actions for spammers or abusers.
