i need help with a hud question?

ok im married and have hud i have 3 children my husband n me n my cousin well she getting married to her man can he move in and can i put him on the lease in new york state?

The law is that you must be honest with HUD about the people who will be living with you. If cousin moves in, HUD would not expect her to live for free. She would be expected to contribute. And when she gets married ( or moves her boyfriend in) , he also would be expected to contribute. Which would lower the amount of your benefits.
