What imported items can be sold legally on Ebay?

hi, Im trying to start an Import business for a resale on US on Ebay; it seems that brand product like Gucci or Coach can be risky as violates copyrights and counterfeit laws, SO what products can I safely import, ex from China and re sell them here in the US: a non brand/ chinese brand item?

Ebay's policies: pages ... You can sell real items from a real manufacturer. If these are counterfeit, it is illegal to sell them on ebay and anywhere else.
