does anyone know of any sites that can help me target emails to get ecustomers for my business?

I am an Avon Independent Sales Representative and I am trying to get some customers online. I am looking for a good site where I can target emails and let people know about my business.

Legally any email you send that someone provides to you other than the consumer themselves is considered unsolicited and against can spam regulations. If you must go with email, I would suggest contacting a marketing company that has compiled the addresses and will do the blast on your behalf. Since the consumer registered for info from this company & their affiliates, emails coming from them are not spam. Be warned though, that response rates on email marketing are far lower than that of direct mail so make sure you blast 10,000+ emails, that your offer is to the point and relevant, and that you use a reputable company that can narrow down the targets so you're not wasting your money. You'll be looking at $850+ for this campain, so if you're not looking to invest that much - stick with postcard marketing and include a link to order online on the piece.
