Is adding a bidet to my bathroom a good investment decision?
The bidet and installation costs $1,000. I think it'll make the bathroom more classy, unique and hygenic but most potential buyers won't even know what it is. Think it's worth installing one in our investment property?

Don't bother. In over fifteen years of real estate, I have yet to see ONE bidet, regardless of the home's price range and quality. However, I did encounter ONE in which the gentleman of the house had installed a wall urinal. We finally convinced him to remove it so the house would sell.
