If a seller on eBay refused a return policy, can PayPal do something about this or do I just ignore the produc?
The product is factory sealed according to him. And the product is more than 20 yr. old. My concern is that since it has a cassette tape, this could have deteriorated the voice quality of the tape. I'm not sure of it but there is a possibility that it might. Or, do I just look for another of the same type that honors a return policy. Thanks to experienced PayPal users!

If you're in the UK and it's a private seller then you have no right to any return. It's buyer beware. To be fair , how could he be sure if it's unopened ? Just ask them any questions you have to make yourself feel better. It's not an everyday item so there's risk involved, if you want it then take a chance. Where else would you get one?
