Can Someone open the SAME buiness in my office space?

I am renting space in an office that has about 5 small offices in one room. I do Brazilian Travel Visas, and he is an immigration lawyer, but saw that I do Brazil Visas, and now he is doing Brazil Visas, and also uses the same address and Suite as me. and close to the same name as my business.
