UK Copyright, Patent and Trademark law?
I am going to create a PHP & MySQL application, and the name I want didn't return anything in Google. So do I need to register the name, or do I have automatic rights in the UK? Also, where do I need to register my copyrights on my code? And is there any way of patenting a database structure? I kow it is a lot of questions, but thanks anyway! :)
