For Real Estate Agents:What program(s) do you use to compile your client database?

Do you use Outlook for managing your business calendar?
Have always used a paper Daytimer or Covey organizer, but see so many people going paperless. I feel kinda stupid, but if I went this way, is it easier or harder to keep yourself organized? I took a look at the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook, and all my collegues use it. Any pros and cons? Suggestions?

I used to work with a guy who had his whole life on Outlook. Whenever he was away from the office he'd call in to get me to check his computer for some information or another. I use a notebook (the bound paper kind). It's exploding with Post-its and dog-ears, but it take three seconds to find any information.

It works well as long as you have a portable device to help when you are away from you computer, compliment it with a windows mobile device and you will be good to go.
