Please help answer the question got an interview tomorrow thanks: Its developing customer relations in a business External customers and Internal customers I would need to be informed and how they will be informed describe what method of communcation you would use why that is important. 1) British airways want increase their employees working day from 8.8.5 hours a day. 2)British airways marketing department decide to offer two for the price of one tickets in the month of january 3)Due to ice on the wings a ba flight is delayed by 1 hour 4)Ba are experienceing a busy chritmas period and need to order more meals from the gate gourmet. 5)A member of the cabin crew is stuck in traffic and is late for their flight.

All are internal except #2. Internal affects people INSIDE the company. #2 affects people OUTSIDE the company. Hope this helps.
